Lenten Retreat

Sunday & Monday, February 17 & 18

$90 includes three healthy, delicious meals and double occupancy lodging
Facilitator Mary How will guide participants through 24 hours of self reflection with yoga, prayer, meditation, and creative self-expression. The retreat centers on remaining present in body, mind and spirit. This year’s theme is Questions of Jesus. Questions can transform us as they help us reexamine our lives, our biases, and our relationships. Participants will be led through a series of creative and reflective exercises that will assist you in listening to the guidance within as you prepare for the season of Lent.

Instructor

Allison Hall discovered yoga as an overworked Type A  personality in 2007. After dislocating her shoulder and being told she could never swim again, she turned to yoga to find a source of healing. What she found was much more than physical strength, but also a source of revitalization and awareness. Through yoga Allison has established a great deal of body-awareness and acceptance. Allison comes to her mat to find the calm among a whirlpool of change and to turn the focus away from what cannot be altered. Allison currently teaches yoga at Zanti Power Yoga in Greenville, SC.
