If you registered for camp online or registered by mail but gave permission to receive your confirmation packet via email, you will have received an email with three attachments.  Please make sure your email account is set to accept emails from gravattguest@wildblue.net and bishopgravatt@wildblue.net. Links for attachments are at the bottom of this page.

If you registered via mail and requested a mail confirmation pack, you will have received the following information via postal mail.

Please remember that failure to return the completed and signed Health Statement / Permission to Participate, Community Covenant, and balance due by June 5 or two weeks prior to your camper's session start date (whichever comes FIRST) may result in cancellation of the registration and forfeiture of all fees paid.  Balance due can be accessed using the online account you created when you registered online, by calling our office for the amount, or by emailing our office for your username and password.  Balance may be paid by check or credit card.

Please note that session fees include a Camp Gravatt shirt and a group photo. You may reserve additional Gravatt gear online using your online account and adding the appropriate amount to the total due.  You may also note that we are always pleased to receive charitable contributions: we depend on such gifts to support our vision for the future and to enable us to provide camper scholarships. Each gift makes a difference.

Upon arrival at camp the first day, please be prepared to spend some time helping your child through the registration process, which begins with check-in at the Pavilion. You will be asked to indicate who is authorized to pick up your child when the session is over. You will also have the opportunity to help get your child settled in and to meet the tent or cabin counselor. Please plan to spend about an hour for this process.

If your child has special needs or if there are other circumstances of which we should be aware, please give us a call so that we can discuss what accommodations we can make to allow for a better stay.

• Health Statement/Permission to Participate – Please note that without a completed Health Statement and Permission to Participate signed by the parent/guardian AND a physician, your child will not be allowed to stay at camp.  A signed Health Statement is required every year - we are unable to pull last year's records for you.
