If you are 55 or older, you are invited to attend Gravatt's Golden Days...
Our first Golden Day held
in March, was a great success!
The theme was "The Trees of the Forest Will
Sing" (Psalm 96), and guests enjoyed a hike led by our resident
naturalist, Roy Stuart, and our featured speaker, Patrick McMillan, host of
SCETV's Expeditions. Special thanks to Renee LeDuc of Aiken who
led music.
Our next Golden Day is
scheduled for Wednesday, December 10. The theme is "The Land of Milk
and Honey." Our featured speaker will discuss the importance and
process of beekeeping. Other activities will include a Bible study,
music, nature walk, crafts, and more. Get a group of five or more together for a discounted fee
on this fun and enriching event. Details on the theme and schedule
will be coming soon.
Lunch is included in the fee of $25. Groups bringing more than four
participants can receive a fifth registration for free. For brochures, call
803.648.1817. Registration forms
can also be printed online by clicking here. |
